Few hiccups…we experienced no water in the kitchen on the first night which was repaired by 3pm...
Few hiccups…we experienced no water in the kitchen on the first night which was repaired by 3pm second day. I am understanding to this happening because things like this can occur. I was frustrated that the after hours number, which I was instructed to call since check in is at 4 & they close at 5, was not helpful. I had to reach out the next day because I didn’t get a call back. They did send a repair man that fixed the line and leak for dishwasher. Customer service initially was poor and misrepresented the events. I had to call after hours the 2nd day when we lost electricity to bedrooms & bathroom. I could not locate the fusebox (which was covered by a painting) & was able to fix this myself once I finally connected with the Hilton head property manager. I have explained my frustration in not really having access to service / assistance after hours & general poor attitude I had received. She did apologize and offered to reimburse for a lunch. Still waiting on that to occur.
