Access to Seaside Villa 379 is via elevator to the third floor. Enter into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is tile flooring throughout. Upon entry the kitchen is immediately to the right and has all the necessary items to prepare full course meals should you so desire. There is a range with oven, dishwasher, built-in above range microwave and refrigerator/freezer. The dining area has a table seating two, a corner flat screen TV, and the living room has a ceiling fan and is nicely furnished with a sleeper sofa with coffee table on an area rug, opposite which is an upholstered recliner and cocktail table. From the bright and airy living room sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony that is furnished with a table with two high-boy chairs, as well as two other patio chairs, with an ocean view beyond. The bright and airy bedroom has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, one mirrored wall and mirrored closet doors. The adjoining bathroom has a combination tub/shower, as well as vanity with lavatory with plenty of storage space beneath.
