Welcome to The Spa 1115, your vacation destination at this gated oceanfront resort on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean in beautiful Hilton Head, South Carolina. This first floor two-bedroom, two-bath condo is very nicely furnished, and has everything you will need for your relaxing vacation in this southern paradise.
Amenities at The Spa on Port Royal Sound resort include two heated swimming pools (one indoor and one outdoor), a community grilling area, a meandering stream, a pier, fitness center, basketball, shuffleboard and tennis, as well as swings and a playground for the kids.
Hilton Head Island also offers five-star golf courses, great fishing, shopping in Harbour Town, as well as dolphin-watching tours. The resort also has a marina near the lighthouse, and boardwalk providing quick and easy access to the beach. Enter into a light and bright condo with open plan living, wood flooring throughout, and an enclosed patio overlooking lush scenery.
Upon entry the kitchen is immediately to the left and has all the necessary items to prepare a full course meal, including; cookware, tableware, utensils, and gadgets. There is also a range with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. The dining area has a table seating four, and the living room is nicely furnished with a sofa, coffee table and matching love seat. There is also a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure and free Wi-Fi.
The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed with nightstands and lamps, as well as a dresser with flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a convenient combination tub/shower, as well as vanity with granite countertops. The guest bedroom has twin beds with a nightstand and lamp, a flat screen TV situated on a double dresser, and to the outdoors. Another full bathroom makes getting ready for your day quick and easy.

Location is great to get away from the hustle and bustle of a vacation resort area but a short drive to many good restaurants, shops, grocery stores and such. Very short walk to the beach area is a big plus.

That the beach access is not an easy clean beach. It a Marsh or inlet with little to no ability to swim or tide waves with your kids.

Cancellations
- Arrival window within 14 days or less, all payments are non-refundable.
- Arrival window within 15 to 30 days, a partial refund of 50% will be provided.
