First, no parking pass was provided and could not find one in the guest portal. Reception at the resort was refusing to provide one since we did not reserve through them. Called you and u did not answer on a Friday night. Reception seemed a bit upset we did not rent through them and proceeded to tell me not to call them for maintenance issues (this was uncalled for) and good luck to me getting a hold of Vtrips on a weekend. After an hour I finally convinced them to please provide a parking pass. Not the stress I needed after a 19 hr drive. Sorry but would not stay with you again. After 20 years of going to this resort this was a first where I felt unwanted by the reception desk and their service was poor given it was a vtrips reservation.

Our stay was great! They provided everything we needed minus a can opener which wasn’t a big deal. The place was clean and comfortable. Slept on the couch instead of the sofa sleeper. Plenty to do in the area if you don’t feel like driving anywhere. Pool and beach were clean.
