It is a ok place to stay. Price was high for lower quality. The pull out bed/couch was a rough night sleep. All the appliances were out of date but everything worked. Air conditioning was poor in the rooms but the one in main room was good. If you are coming from out of state and it is hot, the door does not unlock until 4:00pm exact. There is NO check in early there. The elevator is so hot we thought we were going to pass out. Just hang out at local stores until 4. Great access to beach. Pool was standing room only with all the people and kids. Smaller than what the pictures look like.

4PM is the check in and no flexibility there. It was 109 degrees and coming in from out of state 15 minute early check in would have been nice. The elevator was an oven and surprised we did not pass out. The condo itself is dated but everything worked fine. The pull out couch was a rough night sleep. The air conditioning in the rooms needed more. Great access to beach. Did not try pool since it was standing room only. For the price I was expecting a little more up to date.
