It is exactly like the photos show it- furniture looks like it was picked up in a thrift store 20 years ago. The bathrooms have never been upgraded, there are no stoppers in the bathtubs and it is difficult to stand at the sink and load dishes in the dishwasher at the same time. The upstairs bedrooms are toasty- the air does not cool upstairs. The strong points for this unit is its location and proximity to beach and Coligny Plaza and that it is pet friendly.

This property is conveniently located near the beach and Coligny Plaza. The unit itself is dated and the air conditioning does not adequately cool the upstairs bedrooms. The bathrooms are outdated and the 2 bathtubs have no stoppers. The pool is so-so. Seems to be a great place for pets as everybody staying there has a least one if not more dogs. Fine accommodations if all you are looking for is a bed to lay your head and don't mind sweating it out all night.

Nice place but could use some sprucing up. Beds were not that comfortable and the kitchen had a cabinet at eye level that my husband repeatedly hit his head on. Lastly, the floors appeared to be swept but were extremely dirty. Had to use shoes or flip flops or our feet would be black! Needs a good mopping!
