The villa is a four minute bike ride or a seven to ten-minute walk to the beach access via a lovely, wooded path. Stop in at Loggerheads for a bite to eat on your way to or from beach. The villa is also a 10-minute walk from Celebration Park and Vandermeer Tennis Center. Coligny Beach is nearby and offers shopping, restaurants, bars and other entertainment. During the season, you might wish to use the golf cart shuttle service to traverse the area. The villa is not far from the popular Sea Pines Resort with its golf, tennis, picturesque marina and dining facilities.
