When you enter the villa, you’ll immediately notice the stunning interior with an emphasis on bright, white furnishings and pops of colorful, coastal-inspired accents throughout. The flooring is a mix of Italian travertine tile and Savannah Oak luxury vinyl. You’ll immediately notice the lush tropical scenery right outside the sliding glass doors. Step outside to your garden patio for your morning coffee!
You’ll find plenty of seating in comfortable chairs, a sofa and a loveseat in the living room. A large Smart TV means you can stream your favorite shows in the evenings if you’re not walking on the beach!
The well-appointed kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and all the dishware, pots and pans, and utensils needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. An adjacent dining table is steps from the kitchen, making serving the family a breeze. A front-loading, stacked, full-size washer and dryer are tucked behind a wall in the kitchen.
The villa’s bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom is equipped with a luxurious king-size bed, dual nightstands, a 55-inch Smart TV and a large closet. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and a 43-inch Smart TV. Both TVs are Roku enabled. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms keep cool air swirling on balmy summer nights. Open the doors to the balcony and listen to the soft sea breeze rustle through the leaves. Another balcony just beyond the stairs is an ideal spot to while away the evening.
The villa is a four minute bike ride or a seven to ten-minute walk to the beach access via a lovely, wooded path. Stop in at Loggerheads for a bite to eat on your way to or from beach. The villa is also a 10-minute walk from Celebration Park and Vandermeer Tennis Center. Coligny Beach is nearby and offers shopping, restaurants, bars and other entertainment. During the season, you might wish to use the golf cart shuttle service to traverse the area. The villa is not far from the popular Sea Pines Resort with its golf, tennis, picturesque marina and dining facilities. Discounted bike rentals at Cross Island Bike Rentals are another option for conveniently getting around.

Although we had a good experience and enjoyed being in the home, I would not stay here again because we had to park too far from the unit. Would have appreciated more information in advance about the best place to park and most efficient route from car to front door. It also took us a couple days to figure out the best route to/from the beach, despite trying to reference maps provided in the home. Another reason I would not stay here again is it did not feel private. As soon as we would exit the front door there are people walking their dogs, a landscaper blowing leaves, or work being done on another unit. We prefer more private accommodations when visiting HHI. The home itself on the inside was a 10, but the community layout makes it an 8 for us. Some positives are it was close to 2 pools, well stocked with enough essentials to last us 4 days, plenty of natural light, modern interior design, comfortable bedding, smart TV, and easy check in/out process.

There is a lot to like about this home - It's clean, modern, close to 2 pools (with bathrooms!), the beds are comfortable, there's plenty of closet space, natural light pouring in, and easy check in/out process. It was better stocked than I expected - enough essentials to last us 4 days. We only walked to the beach one day and it definitely felt like it took more than 10 minutes, but we also had a 4-year-old in tow and maybe didn't take the most direct route to the beach. From then on we used bikes to get around which was of course much faster. Highly recommend biking. Coligny Beach access is <5 minute bike ride, has really nice facilities, a splash pad for the littles, and shady bench swings. My kid lived for the Kona Ice truck that was parked there most days.

Treetops is a great place to stay and near The Heritage. There was a parking lot 2 minutes away where we could catch a shuttle into Sea Pines. We would stay there again!
