We thought the location of the condo was perfect. We rented a 3BR condo but was only allowed 2...
We thought the location of the condo was perfect. We rented a 3BR condo but was only allowed 2 resort passes. This should have been communicated better. When we rent through Sea Pines, we are allowed the same number of resort passes equal to the number of BRs. The place did not feel very clean. The precious renters must have had a pet because there were pet hair throughout the condo. There were stains on the couch and the dinning table chairs. We just didn't feel the sense of cleanliness like we typically feel when we rent through Sea Pines.

The location and size of the unit are awesome. The unit as a whole has more damage than I was expecting—towel rods and toilet paper holders coming off the wall, for example. Holes that were spackled, but not painted.

Unit was nice, but the internet was down more that up. The elevator was also down more that up. A real pain in the backside when you are in a 4th floor unit. These 2 issues outweigh the otherwise nice little villa. I will not rent here again. I will likely not ever rent in Sea Pines again. They do not want renters to bring their kayaks and have precious few places to put in.
